Where we need help

  • Innovate and develop step-changing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive short term and long term growth.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization.
  • Analyze and leverage a data driven approach to decision making to help drive results.
  • Build relationships with partners and the industry in order to help define our product’s position in the market. 
  • Own messaging and how we communicate with our prospective customer base including written and audio communication. 
  • Define business growth trajectory, targets and key performance indicators related to revenue growth.
  • Research and drive the growth conversation on mediums for growth including SEO.

About the business

  • Our product has a free trial and a premium enterprise business.
  • Our sale cycle is a high volume, short cycle selling into Enterprise recruiting teams.
  • Marketing our product requires some travel to industry and trade shows.
