About the Role:

We’re looking for a seasoned and creative Copywriter to tell Panorama’s story to K-12 school district leaders across our most visible marketing channels. In this role, you will be responsible for composing conversion-driven, direct-response copy across digital and print materials to highlight the value of our products and services. 

As a Copywriter at Panorama, you’ll sit on our Content Marketing team and collaborate across the full Panorama Marketing department and Revenue organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, workshopping ideas with fellow creatives, and turning big ideas into captivating copy that compels people to take action.  


  • Write copy for the website, landing pages, sales enablement collateral, campaigns, one-pagers and brochures, printed materials, emails, and pitch decks
  • Translate campaign narratives and product messaging into high-converting, persuasive, and conversational copy aimed at K-12 district leaders, educators, and their communities
  • Work with with numerous stakeholders and teams across product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, customer marketing, communications, sales, and account management to develop ideas and creative solutions that meet project requirements 
  • Conduct market/user research and continually produce copy for conversion rate optimization tests on the website and other channels
  • Instill and push forward Panorama’s brand voice and writing style guide across all Marketing properties

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 3+ years of conversion copywriting experience on a marketing team, at an agency, or as a freelancer 
  • Demonstrated ability to write about SaaS/enterprise products for the purpose of buyer/user conversion and engagement (Please share relevant writing samples in the space provided in your application)
  • Strong understanding of conversion, direct response, and/or UX copywriting frameworks and best practices
  • Strong understanding of how words interact with design and layout elements for digital and print
  • Understand or be very eager to learn SEO best practices around keyword research and on-page optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and project manage in a deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to present and articulate creative concepts effectively to internal stakeholders, and to incorporate constructive feedback
  • Demonstrated experience incorporating attention to diversity, equity, and inclusion in your work
  • Bonus points if you have K-12 or B2B marketing experience
