This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-growth, venture-backed startup, and we’re in need of a content marketing manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help Mosaic soar. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is remote. (If you're in NYC, you're welcome to work from our HQ across from Bryant Park.)


  • Produce high-quality articles, guides, blogs, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, web copy, and any other marketing or sales collateral
  • Develop and manage the blog’s content calendar, including conceptualizing the projects upfront, assigning projects, and overseeing development and copy-editing prior to publishing
  • Edit articles produced by the team and freelancers
  • Partner with the marketing team to monitor SEO and optimize blog posts and web copy for traffic and conversion
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges to build a more effective editorial calendar
  • Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently
  • Manage and assign work to freelance writers

Abilities and Knowledge

  • Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of content marketing or direct copywriting experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
  • Experience and consistent performance in deadline-oriented environments
  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to manage multiple projects, and juggle priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels
  • Highly reliable, organized, with strong follow-through
  • Self-starter with a take-ownership mentality
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Agency experience preferred
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
