GatherContent is a B2B Martech SaaS, providing a content marketing workflow and operations platform.

We help thousands of successful customers- globally- including VMLY&R, Sanofi, NHS, Nestle, Intel, AstraZeneca and Deloitte.

Our team is fully remote (and was pre-COVID), working from all over the UK and North America.

The Role

We're looking for a B2B SaaS Marketing Manager who’s looking to make a mark and excited to contribute towards GatherContent’s next stage of growth.

You’re committed to working systematically and will run our proven existing channels and marketing programs. You’ll also be equally comfortable with testing and experimenting on new ones- operating in a continuously improving and outcome focused environment.

You’re experienced with executing marketing campaigns that drive revenue- across customer acquisition, retention and partner marketing initiatives.

You’ll have successfully navigated this role previously in at least one other B2B SaaS role (through Series A funded and beyond).

Your super powers are being highly organised and able to execute- with an eye for process and detail. You thrive whilst spinning many plates.

You’ll be excited to use GatherContent’s platform to drive the workflow for all of the content operations you’re spearheading.

You’re a big believer in the power of quality content and can equally be a brand champion- helping us represent the problem space we help our customers with.

  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • Pay: £50K GBP/$70KUSD + options, and dependent on what you bring to the table
  • Working remotely from UK or North America, within your timezone 9-5pm (we offer budget for co-working spaces or to set-up your home office)
  • Reporting to the VP of Marketing

Please be aware that although the position is remote, you will be required to travel within the UK (usually Brighton and London) to attend team days /in-person sessions as needed. These are typically a few times per year.

Previous experience required:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles - 2 years + in SaaS Marketing Manager role(s)
  • Previous accountability and successful track record generating results from your marketing campaigns and programs
  • Strong aptitude for organisation, process and optimization

Qualities and competencies:

  • In your element working in scale-up stage SaaS - not overly reliant on big company processes and structure
  • Used to working with goals, accountability and results
  • A systems thinker - able to operate channels and campaigns to run our marketing operations
  • Building a deep understanding of our product, and using this to deliver effective marketing which leads to business growth
  • Proactively speaking to customers and developing relationships with them that inform marketing
  • Fluent in using data to inform decision making
  • Proactively immersing yourself in the market, monitoring new opportunities for marketing
