Role Responsibilities 

  • Set the vision for the evolution and growth of the ProductCraft community 
  • Grow followers and engagement across Pendo and ProductCraft’s organic social channels including, but not limited to, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Manage the editorial calendar to ensure editorial pipeline and a daily publishing cadence
  • Assign pieces to writers and work with them on ideation, writing, and editing
  • Conduct keyword and SEO research to understand audience needs and interests
  • Monitor traffic and engagement, and work closely with the marketing team to meet monthly growth and conversion goals
  • Work closely with the design and development team to evolve the ProductCraft brand
  • Identify and highlight stories of businesses experiencing digital transformation and the champions behind them

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Previous experience editorial roles and/or content marketing roles in the B2B space
  • Expertise in WordPress, Sprout, Marketo, and project management tools
  • Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools
  • Proven track record of exponentially growing a brand's social presence
  • Driven by data and comfortable setting and achieving measurable KPIs

Preferred Qualifications 

  • A deep understanding and familiarity of the product world, and a passion for community management
